Sometimes, lots are offered with the pretext 'Lot under reserve', this is always clearly stated in the lot's information.
What does this mean for you? Suppose you have the highest bid. Immediately after the auction closes, we present your bid to our client. If they accept your bid, the purchase is 'awarded', and you can proceed with payment and schedule the pickup. If they do not accept your bid, the lot is not sold. In most cases, you can complete your purchase directly with your highest bid.
Please refer to the lot information for more details on the reserve process.
