If you have a bidder account, you can easily place bids through the website. Log in as usual and go to the lot of your choice. On the right side of the screen, you will find 'Place Bid' and 'Place Maximum Bid' (Automatic Bidding).
How do I place a bid?
Click on 'Place Bid' or 'Place Maximum Bid' to see the total amount of your bid including auction fees, VAT, and any service charges.
After you accept the terms and conditions and user agreement by checking the box, click 'Confirm' to place the bid. Once you click 'Confirm,' your bid is legally binding.
How does automatic bidding work?
You set the maximum amount you are willing to pay for a lot. The system automatically places the lowest possible bid needed to keep you in the lead, up to your maximum bid.
If someone places a higher bid, automatic bidding will increase your bid just enough to stay ahead until your maximum bid is reached.
Can I cancel my automatic bid after I have placed it?
Bids that have already been placed are binding, but you can cancel them at any time.
To cancel, place a new manual bid for the next minimum amount needed to take the lead. This will override and cancel your automatic bid.
