My account is blocked. What can I do?

Your account gets blocked if the highest bid is placed, the auction is closed, and the due amount is not paid within the specified period. After this point, it is no longer possible to bid using this account.

An account block only prevents you from placing new bids. You will still be able to log in, pay any other outstanding invoices, and view your previous invoices.

You will be asked to provide your buyer number and email address so that we can assist you in unblocking your account.
