Unfortunately, it is not possible for Troostwijk to change the personal or company information on an invoice. During the payment process, you create your own invoice. Therefore, you are responsible for the accuracy of the information stated on the invoice.
The only adjustments Troostwijk can make to an invoice involve correcting incorrect or missing VIN, chassis, or serial numbers of lots, if this is necessary for the import or export of a lot. To request such a change, please contact our customer service.
