If you wish to pay for a lot as a business (and receive an invoice including a VAT number), we kindly ask you to place your bids using a business account. If you wish to pay for a lot as a private individual, we kindly ask you to place your bids using a private account. This ensures that you receive the correct invoice at checkout.
When creating your account, you must choose whether to create a business or a private account. After the account has been created, it is no longer possible to change the account type from private to business or vice versa. If you only have a private account and would like to bid as a business, we kindly ask you to create a business account.
If you have won a lot using a private account but would like to receive a business invoice, please follow the steps below. We ask you to create a business account with your company details, if you have not already done so. Once the new account has been created, we will transfer the lot to this account.
