Bank transfers can take up to 48 hours (on business days) to process. Even when the money has already been deducted from your account, it may still need to be processed by our payment partner (STRIPE). Therefore, it is important that you pay well in advance of the pickup day. Goods will not be handed over unless the payment has been processed in our system.
While your payment is being processed, you may still receive payment reminders from us. If you have already paid, you may disregard these.
In a hurry? Payments via iDEAL (For Dutch customers), Bancontact (For Belgian customers), and Przelewy24 (for Polish customers) are usually processed within a few minutes.
