Do you have questions about bank transfers? Below you will find more information:
Can I pay by bank transfer at a Troostwijk auction?
The following applies to Dutch auctions:
Buyers can pay via bank transfer using the SEPA method. When you complete the payment process in your account and generate an invoice, our system creates a unique bank account number for your payment. You can find the payment link in your account under "My purchases". The payment can only be made to the bank account stated on the invoice.
Important: Since January 1, 2022, it is no longer allowed for buyers to transfer money directly to KBC Bank. KBC Bank will automatically refund the transferred amount to the buyer due to PSD2 regulations.
Credit card payment is only available for non-SEPA buyers. The limit for credit card payments is €350 for regular payments and €30,000 for deposits.
When do I need to complete payment?
For all auctions, we ask you to complete payment within 48 hours. This ensures your payment is processed in time for the collection day. A paid invoice is required to collect your lot(s).
