How does the payment process work?

Have you successfully won an item in the auction? Complete the payment process yourself via your account.

To pay for your lots, first go to Troostwijkauctions.com and log in with your details. If you have lots to pay for, a pop-up will appear at the top of the page with 'Pay now'. 

You can also go to this page yourself by clicking 'Account' in the top right corner and then selecting 'My purchases'. 

The items you have won are grouped by delivery method and country to help you get started. If your purchase concerns a delivery auction, you must now choose a delivery country. Then select the items you want to pay for and click 'Pay now'.

On the next page you can check the details for your invoice. Make sure all details are correct and adjust them if necessary. VAT will be calculated based on these details for the lots to be paid. Once your invoice has been created, it is no longer possible to change your invoice details. If everything is correct, accept the terms and conditions and click 'Accept to continue'. 

You can now proceed with paying for the lots. You can choose from the following payment methods:

  • Bank transfer 
  • iDEAL (Netherlands)
  • Bancontact (Belgium)
  • Przelewy24 (Poland)

If you wish to receive an invoice, choose 'Bank transfer'. Your invoice and payment instructions will then appear on the right side of the page. Instant SEPA transfers are available for amounts up to €100,000. If you pay with iDEAL, Bancontact or Przelewy24, you will be redirected to the relevant payment provider.

Please note: All payments must be made in euros. To avoid delays or additional costs, you must complete the payment in full within 48 hours after the auction closes. 

You can close the page once your payment is complete. You will receive an email confirmation when your payment has been processed. If you paid via bank transfer, it may take several days for your payment to be confirmed, depending on your bank.
