What happens if I have not picked up my lots?
In some cases, you may have an additional chance to pick up the lot, so always check your email for messages about the pickup day. However, it is not guaranteed that there will be an extra pickup day, so review the lot information carefully.
If you have missed the pickup opportunities, we will declare you in default and terminate the purchase. In addition to the buyer’s premium for Troostwijk, a flat fee of 25% of the purchase price will be charged. The seller also has the right to claim further damages.
What happens if I do not pay for my lot(s)?
If you have not paid for the lot(s), your account will be blocked. Then, the next steps will be determined on a case-by-case basis. It is therefore very important that you understand that bids are binding.
