When you register with a business account (or update certain account details), your information is automatically verified. In most cases, this happens immediately and you can start bidding right away.

Sometimes an additional check is needed. In that case, your account will be marked as Pending while our team manually reviews your information. We may contact you by email to request additional details so we can complete your verification.

Does This Affect Bidding?

You can bid on most lots while your profile is being verified.

However, for some lots, completed verification is required before you can place a bid. If your account is still pending or does not meet the requirements after review, you will not be able to place bids on those specific lots.
