What happens if I don't collect my lots?
In some cases, you may still have an additional chance to collect the lot, so always check your email for messages about the collection day. However, it is not guaranteed that there will be an additional collection day, so carefully review the lot information.
If you have missed the collection opportunities, we declare you in default and terminate the purchase. In addition to the premium for Troostwijk, a flat rate of 25% of the purchase price will be demanded.
What happens if I don't pay for my lot(s)?
If you have not paid for the lot(s), your account will be blocked. Subsequently, it will be determined on a case-by-case basis which follow-up steps will be taken. It is therefore of great importance to know that bids are irrevocable.
