Switching your account from business to private or vice versa is not possible. If necessary, you can create a new account. Please note that each email address and phone number can only be associated with one account in our database.
For changes such as updating your email address, password, or telephone number, you can manage this within your account settings. Follow these steps:
- Navigate to account settings, accessible by clicking "Account" and then selecting "Profile."
- Click on "Change" next to the information you want to modify.
- Adjust the details according to your preference.
- Enter the required information.
- Click "Continue" to proceed and apply the changes to your account.
