An online sale by tender resembles an auction but is not the same.
Buyers can place bids on displayed lots via the internet. These bids are not visible on the website. You can also submit multiple bids on a lot; however, your next bid must be higher than your last.
You will receive a confirmation email for each placed bid, and you can review your bids in your own account.
After the conclusion of the sale by tender, Troostwijk will notify bidders via email whether they have won a lot or not.
At the end of the sale by tender, the bids will be reviewed, and within 48 hours, the seller will decide whether to award the sold item to the highest bidder.
