To delete your account, we require a written request from the buyer. Please send an email to our customer service at info@troostwijkauctions.com.
Please make sure you meet all the conditions below:
- Your account must not be locked.
- You do not currently have the highest bid on a lot.
- There are no lots ready for checkout in your account.
- There are no pending payment orders or outstanding invoices.
Upon receiving your request, we will verify if you have any invoices issued within the last 7 years. Once approved, we will proceed to delete your account and confirm the action via email.
Please note that the entire process may take up to 14 days to be fully implemented across all systems.
