How does pickup with a delivery schedule work?

In some auctions, buyers are divided according to a delivery schedule across different dates and time slots. You can only pick up your lot(s) during the time slot assigned to you. You will receive the delivery schedule no later than 48 hours after the auction closes (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays recognized in the Netherlands). The delivery schedule will be sent by email and posted on the lot page.

The schedule is based on your seven-digit buyer number (Account ID). You can find this number on your invoice and on our website under Account > Overview. Look up your buyer number in the delivery schedule to see on which date and within which time slot you can pick up your lot(s).

Note: The delivery schedule is not organized by your auction number or lot number, but by your buyer number. Tip: Use ctrl + f to quickly find your buyer number in the delivery schedule.

It is not possible to come during a different time slot than the one assigned to you. Can’t be present? We recommend that you hire a transporter.

As a buyer, you are responsible for loading and transporting your lot(s), unless explicitly offered otherwise by Troostwijk or the seller (for example, in a delivery auction). A forklift is often available on site at your own risk, as indicated in the auction and lot details.
