You will only receive a VAT-exempt invoice for purchases of lots won through business accounts (with a valid VAT number) that are delivered to your home if you are entitled to it. The delivery address must be entered in one of the countries listed in the delivery area on the website for the lot. If you have the lot delivered in the same country where the auction is held, the VAT cannot be reclaimed; in that case, choose another country within the delivery area.
