When you have won a lot in a home delivery auction, the lots will be delivered to your home. Below we explain exactly what this involves.
Note: this information only applies to home delivery auctions.
Delivery: The delivery of the lots includes transport up to the first lockable door. Please note that the lots will not be assembled or placed inside at their final location. If no delivery timeframe is indicated on the lot page, a delivery period of 14 days (from the moment payment is received) applies. If the lot has not been delivered within the delivery period, it is best to contact us via the chat button at the bottom right of this page.
Special circumstances: In specific cases, additional costs may apply, for example if the lot page indicates that extra charges apply for a certain delivery area. For more information, it is best to review the information on the lot page.
Delivery area: It is important to know that the delivery of the lots is only possible within the delivery area, as indicated in the auction details. If you are outside this delivery area but still want to purchase a lot from this auction, you can choose to have the lot delivered within the delivery area. This can be done, for example, in cooperation with a carrier who receives the lot and then transports it to you.
