I have a business account, but there is still VAT on my invoice. What can I do?

Account within the EU
If you are being charged VAT, please ensure that you've made the purchase using a company account with a valid EU VAT number. If your VAT number was not validated at the time of your purchase, you cannot reclaim the VAT via Troostwijk, but will have to contact the tax service.

Accounts outside the EU
For business accounts outside the EU, it is necessary to send us export documents. The process varies by country. Further details can be found here!

Account without a VAT number
If you register as a business customer without a VAT number, please be aware that in this case, you are not eligible for a VAT-free invoice.
