Account within the EU
If you have a business account (with a valid VAT-number) and are located within the EU, but still received an invoice with VAT, please contact us directly using the chat button at the bottom right of this page or by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. We aim to provide you with a new invoice without VAT, if possible.
Accounts outside the EU
For business accounts outside the EU, it is necessary to send us export documents. The process varies by country. Further details can be found here!
Account without a VAT number
If you register as a business customer without a VAT number, please be aware that in this case, you are not eligible for a VAT-free invoice.
