Do you have questions about bank transfers? Below, you'll find more information:
Can I pay with a bank transfer at a Troostwijk Auction?
The following applies to Dutch auctions:
Buyers can pay by bank transfer using the SEPA method. When you complete the payment process in your account and generate an invoice, our system generates a unique bank account number for your payment. You can find the payment link in your account under "My purchases."
Important: Since January 1st, 2022, it is no longer allowed for buyers to transfer money directly to KBC Bank. KBC Bank will automatically refund the transferred money to the buyer due to PSD2 regulations.
Credit card payment is only available for non-SEPA buyers, with a limit of €30,000.
Information for German and Belgian auctions:
Payment can only be made via bank transfer to the bank account specified on the invoice.
When do I need to pay? For all auctions, we kindly ask you to complete the payment within 48 hours. This ensures that your payment is processed on time on the pickup day. The paid invoice is required to collect your lots.
