I haven’t received an activation email or SMS. What can I do?

If you have created your bidder account but have not yet received an activation email or SMS, there are several steps you can take:

  • Did you just create your account? You may need to wait a few minutes for the activation email or SMS to arrive.
  • Also, check your spam folder.
  • If you still haven’t received the activation email or SMS after a few minutes, please contact us via the chat button at the bottom right of the page. Our customer service is available on working days between 9:00 AM and 4:30 PM.
