How do I change my personal information on the invoice?

After payment, it is not possible to modify the personal information on the invoice. Therefore, ensure that the correct details are in your Troostwijk account before making the payment for the lots. The invoice will then contain the accurate information.

During the checkout process, we always ask you to verify your details. If the information is incorrect, go to your profile, where you can adjust and save your contact details. After saving, it takes 30 minutes for the changes to be processed and correctly displayed during checkout. Please wait before restarting the payment process.
