We recommend that you inspect lots during a viewing day before placing a bid. This can be done by you or someone you designate.
Because bids are unconditional and binding, it is important to make a well-considered decision.
If you have questions or comments when picking up, report them immediately to the staff on site. After pickup, we may not be able to assist you if it concerns something you could have seen during the inspection.
