Business buyers from EU and non-EU states (third countries) must pay DECHOW deposit security on the total price in the amount of VAT rate applicable in the Federal Republic of Germany. This security shall be refunded to the Buyer as soon as it has been verified with certainty that the purchased lot has left the EU. For deposit refund the Buyers from the EU must provide DECHOW with the filled-out entry certificate (last page of the invoice), the exact procedure is given in the invoice. The non-EU Buyers must send a copy of the completed export declaration with a stamp from the EU border customs agency or an electronic export notice.
