You can register as a business customer without VAT number, note that you do not receive VAT-free invoices. You will only receive these when you have a valid VAT number in your account and that has been checked by us.
If you are registered with a business account and you are located in the EU and you have received an invoice with VAT, please send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. They will send you a new invoice without VAT.
If you are registered with a business account and you are located outside the EU, you have to send us the export documents. More information you will find on the following link.
