To complain you can contact us by clicking on the chat button at the bottom right corner of the page. Keep your buyer number, auction number, lot number, and the details of the issue at hand during the conversation. You add pictures or videos in the chat.
If upon collection the lot differs from the state in which it was on the viewing day and as described in the lot description, you can discuss this on the spot with the staff members from Troostwijk Auctions.
