To lodge a complaint you can send an email to the Customer Service department in the country you have bought your lot(s) and add pictures or videos to your email.

If on collection the lot differs form the state in which it was on the viewing day and as described in the lot description, you can discuss this on the spot with the staff members from Troostwijk Auctions.
