In case there is an issue with the lot please, contact us by clicking on the chat button at the bottom right corner of the page within 7 days after the collection day. Keep your buyer number, auction number, lot number, and the details of the issue at hand during the conversation.
Lots from Germany:
For business customers: the Buyer must inspect the purchased item immediately upon collection and inform DECHOW within 3 working days if a deviation from the promised quality is discovered. If the Buyer fails to manage it within a given time frame, the purchased item shall be considered accepted.
For private customers, the period of notification of defects is 12 working days.
