First, you need to check your profile by logging in to your account at Once you're logged in, select MyTroostwijk. Here you can click ‘Change your profile. Please click the arrow on the right-hand side and you will see several elements of your profile that can be changed. After you have adjusted all relevant fields you can contact us by clicking on the chat button at the bottom right corner. Here you can place a request for a new invoice. Always keep your Buyer's number and Auction number at hand while contacting us. Please note that issuing an adjusted invoice is not always possible due to legal restrictions.
