The Seller can place a lot under reserve. This is always indicated in the lot description. After the closing of the auction, the Seller will indicate within a maximum of 48 hours if the highest bid will be accepted or not. You will be informed accordingly.
For German auctions, the Seller will indicate within a maximum of 10 working days if the highest bid will be accepted or not. A bidder is bound within this period of time to his bid. In case no invoice is sent within 10 working days - it is to be understood that the bid has not been accepted by the supplier.
